Pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, C, beta-carotene, and Zinc so it is soothing and moisturizing. It's especially wonderful for sensitive skin or environmentally sensitized skin, but is beneficial for all skin types.
Prep your skin before the makeup for best results with none other than a DIY pumpkin mask:
one-half teaspoon honey
one-quarter teaspoon milk (or soymilk) (alpha hydroxyl acid, enzymes digest dead skin cells)
or for Oily Skin add one-quarter teaspoon apple cider or cranberry juice
